50 x 90 Tented Pavilion Is Going Up!

Changes at Castleton Farms

Spring is in the air and changes are blossoming at Castleton Farms.

After weeks of hard work, our new tented pavilion is up and looks gorgeous. The 50-foot by 90-foot semi-permanent structure can accommodate more than 300 seated guests. It has 22 encased columns and features eight chandeliers. A walkway leads to the pavilion and the mezzanine level features plenty of patio space perfect for outdoor lounge furniture or an open air bar area.

The pavilion can be heated for cool spring evenings or air conditioned for hot summer afternoons. The pavilion can also be opened up to let nature’s cool breezes refresh the guests. Windows located in the eaves let natural lighting shine in.

Our landscapers are delivering two tractor trailers of sod to beautify the grounds. Also, our pond has undergone a facelift. We’ve replaced the liner with a new bentonite one that is a natural clay and is an environmentally safe way to seal and reduce seepage losses.
