Vendor Spotlight: Always in Bloom

When brides are planning their dream wedding, sometimes, one of the most daunting tasks is selecting the flowers. Flowers for the ceremony, for the reception, bouquets, boutonnieres and the list goes on. It can seem overwhelming, that is until brides meet with Leonard Palladino of Always in Bloom.

Leonard’s experience, expertise and his infectious laughter puts brides at ease instantly. He knows exactly what questions to ask brides to get a sense of their style, likes and dislikes. “I ask brides to not only bring pictures of what they like, but what they hate, which tells me as much,” Leonard said.

“We make everything about their wedding, not the wedding we did last week,” Leonard said. He said he wants the flowers to reflect their style and what they like.

The ultimate goal, Leonard said, is to gear things to getting good photos. After all, when the wedding is over and the food is all eaten and the dress is boxed away, the pictures are the tangible memory of the day.

Leonard said he enjoys events at Castleton Farms because of the options within the facility. “It offers so much,” Leonard said. “And, Darla has worked so hard to help it become the premium facility that it is.”

Leonard and his business partner, Jenny Austin, have both worked tirelessly to make Always in Bloom the premier floral shop for East Tennessee brides.
