The Castleton Experience
You’ve heard us talk about ” The Castleton Experience” from time to time. But what does that mean exactly ? For us, the planning that goes into your wedding is a process. That process that we refer to is many things. We spend anywhere from 20-60 hours with each of our brides leading up to her big day.In our initial meetings with our brides we spend between 4-5 hours getting to know the brides and discussing what her needs and ideas are.During that time we come up with an inspiration board of what she likes and wishes to see on her wedding day.Below is an example of an inspiration board that we have created.
Once the inspiration boards are created, they are sent out to our exclusive vendors to look over and to brainstorm about. Then we all get together for lunch (vendors and brides) to discuss the vision of the wedding according to the inspiration board ,and to layout timelines for everyone involved. Our timelines are for both the rehearsal and the wedding day itself.
After 2 weeks, the vendors send in their proposals.Castleton then meets with the bride again for her approval.
On the day of the wedding, Castleton employees anywhere from 5-7 Castleton staff members at all times to make sure that everything runs smoothly and goes according to plan. The bride and groom and the entire wedding party will have their every need met on that day.The bride will be pampered and have her mind at ease knowing that everything is going to go according to plan.No bride should have these concerns on her big day.
Therefore, this is why we refer to this whole process as ” The Castleton Experience”.
